During the COVID-19 pandemic, we are faced with unprecedented uncertainty, stress, and loss. This webinar is based on a psychoeducation program, Commit to You, that was developed by Dr. Sejal Prajapati.
Humans have lost control over some things during COVID-19, but they still control how they live their lives. This program is intended to equip the participants with the skills needed to compassionately cope with their current stressors as well as to meaningfully approach their lives during this crisis. The components of Commit to You covered in this interactive webinar include identifying personal and professional values, practicing mindfulness skills, utilizing self-compassion tools, and exploring how gratitude can have a positive impact on perception.
